Pierre Tremblay, School of criminology, University of Montreal, wrote a paper funded by the Canadian Ministry of Justice and sponsored by the International Bureau for Children’s Rights.
"JM" was interviewed. Is that Happy Camper/Camper? or real name John.
The bottom of page 17 looks like the beginning of the interview.
It starts: "JM, a subject interviewed in prison, mentioned that 'he realized that he belonged to a very small minority, but that only in the last couple of years before this arrest and conviction did he realize that it was a 'reachable minority.'"
